Can't install Minecraft right now, but I'll get around to it and try this out eventually...
EDIT: Checked my old Minecraft account, as I had migrated it the way they told me to. I double and triple checked everything at the time and it all went well. Surprise, somehow my account got unmigrated and the deadline passed so Microsoft literally deleted the fact I own Minecraft from their systems. YO HO HO, I guess, I aint buying the game twice.
