So i try purity run so i can get the good ending but after gone to optional quest (abandon mansion on Southwest) the slime girl fucks ma heroin without any other option to free her, can i still get the good ending or i will restart and avoid said optional quest?

I don't remember if that scene adds perversion. If it does, the whole quest needs to be avoided.

That scene doesn't add perversion. You can check your perversion stat on the status screen on your phone. If it's 0, you're golden.
