That's why I was confused. It happened when I picked woman so I tried to do it with another female character, but I selected man and it gave me a girl with a female shaped crotch but a dick coming out of it
its because femboys reuse the body for females, and so the same body options changed on the body editors, but girls shouldn't use the dick function
