That's odd. Are you accessing the mobile version from a Mac? Are you a patron?

We've got a free demo available for Apple desktop users, but unfortunately, there's no iOS version due to how Apple manages their app development software.

I downloaded the SOULCOOM_mac.zip and that's what I tried running, on OS Monterey 12.2.1. I'm not a patron either. It is quite confusing Q_Q

Yes, the latest version. It does open, I just tried it just now and got the same message again.

If you are a mac user and you are having an issue opening the file, please hold CTRL while opening it to override Apple's appstore DRM.

I have had no trouble opening the game? I tried holding ctrl anyway but the problem persists
