For anyone who wants to beat this, here's a strategy. It does work, but it is difficult to beat the mod with this. OB cannot see you, and can only hear you. Now he does still interact with noises made, like doors, detention, etc. You need to manipulate him and make some noises to lure him there and cause him to check that sound then you can grab some notebooks in your spare time. If you make a noise that's a blue door / faculty door, go to the side of the room. If it's a yellow door, RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!!! It doesn't really work every single time, but it does work. My best personal record is 2 exits. I hope this helps anyone who wants to beat this mod.
