Gacha Art already replaces Gacha Club since the package name isn't changed. So, there won't be a way for you to have both of the mods at once unless you download one of them again but as a port.
That is not exactly true, there is a way to have both of the mods and any mods if you change the name of the package, it always solves the issue(for me it does)
