Different strokes for different folks. I personally never understood people who wanted to change the entire theme or flow of a VN just because they didn't like some aspect.
Considering how many VNs there are, there ought to be something for everyone.
That being said, I guess you could clarify this on the front page, too. I mean it's not obviously apparent from the intro text so people might come to the game with different expectations.
