...I'm yet to see an e-mail account at any provider lacking a spam or junk folder. Often they have both. Also, this has nothing to do with your operating system. Your client maybe.

I did. It's the first rule of this category: Use a descriptive title. And let me ask again: how do you access your e-mail on Windows 10?

FIRST, I LOGIN TO GDEVELOP WITH THE ACCOUNT rjguiritan@gmail.com. (make my email safe so that hackers wont steal it.)

SECOND, I USE THE GDEVELOP EMAIL TO LOGIN TO THIS

THIRD, I USE MY INBOX FOR VERFICATION EMAILS

FOURTH, EVRY EMAIL IS NOT VERIFIED TO MY INBOX


FIFTH, I ONLY CAN SEND A LITTLE MESSAGES UNTIL VCERIFICATION


SIXTH, IN THIS INBOX ITS VERIFIED OR BE VERIFIED

Ah, so you use GMail. They definitely have a spam folder, and are notoriously aggressive about putting legit e-mails in there.

E-mail support anyway, and explain the situation. Their reply might get through, with a verification code.
