After a million attempts, trial and tribulation - I managed to get the secret ending.

PS: Thanks for the hints Mr. Creator, they were more than helpful. (though I was a bit dense at first and kept trying to cram more time with Adam, not focusing enough on Carlos) The ending is cool though.
well as the creator mentioned - spend as much time with Adam as possible, try to attract Carlos's attention (for example, play during the basketball game - to make Carlos stare at you when you take your shirt off) and keep your grade up.
Oh and go to the LGBT meeting as soon as possible to meet Jake there - standing outside the room thinking if he should go in or not, as to not be forced to go to the meeting with Adam.
