Three ideas:
1. Make sure it's the download for your computer.
2. Try re-downloading and moving the data into the game.
3. Try opening it through files.
I've been having this issue too, and I've tried these, and they didn't work. If you have anymore suggestions, please help, I don't wanna lose my saves forever
yeah, I've tried those already several times and waited 3 days now and it still doesnt work even though it did a day before the error first popped up
