Tried that exact search and was unable to find harem hotel. The easiest way I can find is to hit the browse all games link and then sort by the nsfw tag. typing in nsfw shows no tag available, but if you hit enter anyways, it works. I think it's itch's way of attempting to segregate nsfw content and make it harder for minors to find.
