i'm stuck the hints system says in order to progress with hange i gotta progress with either christa or mikasa, mikasa says i have to progress witht the rest of the girls, christa says i have to progress with the instructor, instructor says i have to progress with sasha and sasha says i have to progress with the instructor so i cant progress at all.

Progress thing doesn't mean you can't access that quest, it's simply there to hint what you should if you can't access that quest.
Try actually doing what the journal tells you.
