I think that's what you are looking for.
basically what you wanna do is install the android version first (like download it and install it) then once its instealled access the phones files (either by plugging it into your computer or by finding an app that lets you) then download the lewd patch, open that zip folder then put the patch into the games internal files in the filepath the lewd patcher website told ya to :) ive done it successfully with a couple games before. its a hassle but worth it if you want the full experience.
