I think they are supposed to be unrelated stories. To be honest, NiiChan's decision to write multiple games simultaneously is very confusing, especially when so many characters look and sometimes even act alike.
yeah, in MBML, Shina is at the same college with lily, but in LCC time line, Aine is depende on her mother and her mom is not corrupted yet
