The Stalker
Description-
SCP-263 is a humanoid entity that stalks and scares it's prey. It usually makes an appearance in windows and different types of glass, making loud noises that vary from a male screaming to the cries of a child as it does so. It can also take a 3D form as a shadow figure with glowing white eyes if it's prey tries to escape.
Appearance-
In glass: A blurry black figure with four hands and a Y shaped head.
Outside:
A black figure with glowing white eyes, human in appearance except with four hands.
Containment Procedures-
To be locked in a Euclid class containment cell at all times, with only D-Class personnel and officials with a level 3 clearance and above. Reality Anchor shall be active at all times.
