I personally don't think that the full version of Forager will be free just because they have so many people working on it and it's coming out of different platforms (PC, PS4, and Nintendo Switch). Plus they also mentioned that there would be a ton of free DLC with the games release. Free or not this game is plenty amazing and I will be purchasing it when it does come out later this month or the next.
