I've been programming professionally for over a decade, and I've been using unity as a hobby for about 5 years. I've never released a game. I'd love to make a little metroidvania game. I'm a big fan of the genre, going all the way back to the original NES games. I'm looking for a small team to work with. I'd like to focus on making a small game that can be completed in a few weeks.

Hi, wanna team up? I'm also learning Unity, still in the very beginning. I also study Game and Level Design, so I think I could help you with the coding and be more hands on on the design part.

Sure! But I think it would help to have an artist. I can do some sprite art, but It's time consuming. Do you know anyone?

yeah, we are gonna need one, I'm gonna see if I can contact anyone.

I'm a sound designer and I have little experience on implementation into unity with or without audio middleware... I can also make music :) Wwanna team up?

Yeah. Let's do it! Sound design would be very helpful. Do you make foley sound or music or both?

Yes I make all :)

I added you as a friend.

Gotcha

Hello! I’ve been coding in Unity for almost 5 years now and I’d really like to work in a team to make a metroidvania game. I’m currently searching for a team, could I join yours?

Sure! We've got a lot of programmers now. 3 I think. Do you have any art skills?

I do some pixel arts for my games, could try to make some in a metroidvania kinda style. Is there somewhere where we can discuss the game, like a discord group?

I've made a discord server, but I don't know how to share it privately with people.  I'm going to run the risk of posting an invite link here https://discord.gg/J88VPuVN
