I've read the PG-13 rules and it doesn't answer this question: Alcohol/Substance Use. My player may or may not drink beer, but there will be implied use of other things (nothing shown). Since the theme is "Night Life", I'm interpreting it as a party. I also try to stick to clean games so I'm not too worried about it meeting the requirements, but I still want to make sure.
