To clarify, when you say you press the button on the controller, are you pulling the trigger? The trigger is the interaction/clicking button. Some users try to use the A/B/X/Y face buttons to interact with the menu. Those buttons are reserved for different actions.
Also, if you press the B or Y button, does it toggle the visibility of the menu?
Lastly, is this your first time using HereSphere, or have you used it before (meaning it's worked properly with your headset and controllers)?
