I've done more testing and I get less ping on other servers. I get around 260 ping in the EU and around 300 in the US. Re-installed the game and restarted my router, still 400-500 ping on Au server.

260 ping in EU sounds correct. You want to play with friends on Australian server?

But that’s the thing, if I play on Australian severs I get about 400 ping. If I create my own server on Australian servers with a king limit lower then 300, I get kicked from my own server.

Why not set ping limit to 500, if you know that your ping is above 300?

So you think, only because you created room, ping limit shouldn't affect you?

no dude, Im just asking why do you think I'm getting such high ping on my own servers? whereas on other servers im getting lower ping.

Im from Australia and i get 400 ping on the Melbourne server.

I got it. And i am trying to understand if you try to play with friends. If yes, then your friends from Australia also has 400 ping, or only you?

No its only me. Even on my own server where i get 400 ping they get like 30.

If it's only you then problem obviously is on your side. Maybe talk with your ISP.

And what intranet connection you have? You sure that nobody else is using internet while you are playing?

If someone is downloading something, or watching movies online, then it can affect your ping (but it depends from internet speeds up/down).
