I'm curious about update V0.16.7 and what will change and the bug fixes but we're all waiting for act 3 wich will most likely be V0.17.0a or at least I'm guessing also only very few bugs on Android so far so that's good

That would be Claire, and there will be a lot more content with her in Act Three :)
And yeah, it's going to take a little time to establish the new state of the world and the fate of each of the characters in Act Three - there's a lot of girls to get through! :P But hopefully the reveal for each one will be interesting, and with each reveal the game world will open up more and more.
