I would just read the description carefully as it's pretty accurate -- there are two distinct main paths in the game (more maledom and more femdom) It is probably not possible to avoid seeing some femdom in the general world on others, but with wise choices it is generally avoidable on the main character absent some basic dialogue to wisely hold in your tongue, etc.
I am not very familiar with NTR at all but from asking someone else, I do not think this will have that in the game except for possibly on the male dom path the main character can have sex with someone else's female. (I am told this is called Netori).
I would also say if you ever have any doubts about possibly getting triggered by anything by any game out there (I am not sure how this is a real thing as games are games to me but I understand this is a thing that can happen) then I would avoid it I guess? Hope this helps, thanks!
