In some cases, such as if the game is crashing or not working properly, it is helpful for me to see your log file. To send me your log file, you first need to locate it. It will be in a different location depending on your OS:

Windows: The log file is in the "SortTheCourt_Data" folder next to the game's exe (Wherever you unzipped the game to). You will find a file called "output_log.txt" in that folder.

Mac: The log file is found at "~/Library/Logs/Unity/Player.log"

Linux: The log file is found at "~/.config/unity3d/graebor/SortTheCourt/Player.log"

Your log file is re-built every time you run the game, so in order to submit your log file follow these steps:

  1. Run Sort the Court and play to the point where the bug happens.
  2. Once you witness the bug, close Sort the Court.
  3. Write an email to support@graemeborland.com briefly describing the bug you witnessed, and attach your log file. Please put "[Sort the Court log file]" somewhere in your email's subject line so I can find it more easily.
  4. Depending on the contents of your log I may ask for additional information to help narrow down what caused the issue.
