try installing this located in the game folder: MonolithBay\Engine\Extras\Redist\en-us\UE4PrereqSetup_x64.exeMaybe you are missing some requirements.
So it seemed to already be installed, so I uninstalled and then reinstalled it but it hasn't changed anything unfortunately .
