1 I'm considering fully futa characters, but do keep in mind that players who have that content disabled won't be in DC able to see them at all, compared to female characters that can potentially get futa'ed.
2 more likely I'll add the pillory stocks to private dungeon!
3 really sort of depends, because this stuff is usually done satirically from me
