As you have probably already guessed, “incident information” if about the murder itself
I figured it out based on the fact that the AIs started giving me information about when/where the murder took place, since I thought they wouldn't be telling me that if it wasn't important. But I was confused at first because I already filled that information in with the kidnapping.
