Hi, I'm a high school student on my last year, and I'm starting to learn how to make games. I fell in love with a game case and I really want my first game to be inspired by this thing. I have a LOT to learn since I'm just starting out, but I am wondering, if I started making it now and submitted it to AGBIC 2017, would that be against the rules? Would I be a cheater?
