I played The Fairy's Song a while back, but I had neglected to leave a comment.  All I can really say is that I found it cute and engrossing from beginning to end; the slow burn of both the central relationship and the mystery behind Leofe were compelling and kept me reading.  Marnie's tendency to space out and monologue about her hair or her friends at inappropriate times was a little distracting, but maybe teenagers are just like that.

Other than that, my only real critique is that the narration towards the end explaining Leofe's backstory was a little on the long side.  It was interesting and of course crucial to the plot, but I do remember wishing it had been edited down a little more, especially since it is purely narration with no interruption from the other characters.  I don't recall it in detail, though, so maybe it was already as compact as it could have been.

I have no other complaints about the length or pacing of the game, though.  If anything I wanted more by the end; I got very attached to these girls and would love to see a sequel someday.

Thank you very much for your kind comment! I'm glad you enjoyed it!

I actually have been working on a sequel, which is in a pretty decent shape. The script is written, and I've coded most of it, though I'm still waiting on a few assets (plus I need to proofread and edit it a bit). I've posted a few screenshots of it on my Twitter here, if you want to see how it's shaping up.

I've also noticed that I do tend to overwrite a bit - especially around some of Marnie's asides - so I'm trying to be more thorough in editing the script of the sequel.
