Just a bit confused I download it and it says it's version 0.3 and not 1.0? If that's normal just wondering if there will be a chapter 4 released?

That's normal, the game is complete. There's a continuation in a comic form, but if it will be released as VN, it'll be a separate game.

Ah okay no worries, where would I be able to find the comic?

You can find it on SubscribeStar. Apart from games, there are comics, videos, photoshoots, animated comic videos, etc.
