Who/What exactly is Dorian, his species? What does he look like? (A vague image is given but its the back, and while it could be human, its hard to tell for sure). Some of it seems too cruel... but its not unheard of plot, does invite wonder and interest. I also wonder what the story would be without this supernatural occurrence. Too soon to have any proper theories, but not to late that hope isn't still open ended. What will be found in 6 to 8 chapters from now? How I wonder!
As far as a discord server is concerned, I'd suggest waiting until you have published the third or fourth build/chapter. By then you should have hooked a decent haul of curious fuzzies.
