Oh! I think I know what the problem is. I think the default plugin parameters are not formated correctly by me. I will fix that on the next update.
But for now, you can fix this by opening the plugin parameters and entering on all the options. Specifically on the tileset colors, that has a parameter to define colors by region. Just for RPG Maker refresh the structure of the parameters.
