Hello,
Seeing as you've made the software free, will I get the money back? I acquired the software back when it was required to pay for the software... and though I felt it was worth the money at the time, it hardly seems fair that I had to pay for something that is now free.

I paid for it too, but I wouldn't want to have my money back, it was released almost two years ago and it's the work of a solo dev. You paid not just for the product but also for the production.
I'm happy it's free and more people can play this

plus it was like 5 dollars :)

I paid $15 after it was made 'free'. I paid what I felt it was worth, and you said yourself that it was worth it to you.

Hey, I paid full price for Team Fortress 2 as well as like CS: GO and they became free!

Sorry for this obscenely tardy response. I should’ve gone with an earlier impulse and made this offer while it was possible: you had a game (or two? or several?) on this itchio website, too. I was gonna buy a download of your software projects as a way of annealing trust. Please let me know if you make those public again.

Sorry for the late reply to your late reply. I never installed Itch on my new PC. Anyway -- that's a fine offer, but I never had anything up for sale on the Itch store; maybe you're thinking of someone else?

Thanks for the offer though, I appreciate that you were willing to do that. At this point I don't really care about getting my money back, it's been a while and it's not that big of a deal.

Anyway, it’s a fair gripe w the lack of updates etc so what the hell, I sent it. Thanks for the interest-free loan and thanks for looking at the typing game. Have fun w itch.io on your new machine!

it was fun.
but the creator seems to have dissapeared into thin air.
i hope he's alright.

You are welcome, I also hope the creator is allright, it looks like (on his twitter feed) he has been through some tough sh*t, his games are so interesting to say the least.
