Have you used Lego Digital Designer to export your model? It uses the wrong IDs for some bricks (and rotates/translates them the wrong way) which is why these IDs don't exist. I suggest to replace them with existing LDraw bricks in a software like Stud.io then you can post the corrected IDs.
Those are all minifig parts, right? I decided not to import any minifigs into the game because there are too many print variations and many (or most) of them are only used in a handful of sets. They waste too much space. When they are universally used within the set (like a bike helmet sitting in the window of a bike shop) I consider adding them.
