OST Composing Jam: PASTIME II

Hello! This Jam is for music based on *existing* soundtracks. The idea is to use song(s) that you like and do a cover, tribute or medley with that source material as a guide. (e.g. remix of Super Mario Bros. etc.)

Hello! I was wondering about the optimal cover art size and/or dimensions. I'm planning to upload to 3 separate platforms: YouTube, SoundCloud, and itch. Should I make the cover art large for YouTube and crop it for the other platforms or is there another option?

Hi, the dimensions of the cover art for itch.io is 630x500px, for SoundCloud it's a square (like normal cover arts) and if you want to fill the whole screen for YouTube it's typically 1920x1080px. It is ultimately up to you, but if I were to recommend a size, I think a square or 1920x1080px would be easiest to use and resize for most sites. Hope this helps!

Hello, once I've submitted my project, is it supposed to indicate that it's already submitted? Currently I'm still seeing the "Submit" button but it says I have no project to submit even though I have created it. Is there a way to track if I had submitted it correctly?

Hi! You can see next to your username here that there's a “submitted” tag next to your name, you can also click on it to see the submission page ^^
