I started with Ina and always have her in team, unfortunately I've accidentally overwritten that save file, I'll try to encounter the bug with older save files and get back to you with a screenshot later!
On a side note, there's another bug where Ina's weapon automatically unequipped after every battle (only weapons of any kind, other equipments are intact), I don't really know when or where this bug started.
