Whenever someone tries to download my game (Orbital Brawl) there is an error generating download URL. There's even a recent topic in my community.

Hello, sorry for not getting back sooner. There's currently a bug that prevents free rewards from being claimed. A payment is necessary for a reward. I'll try to prioritize this for a fix but not sure when it will go out.
