Oh sorry about that! By activating the forums it removes the comments, but I realized the forums make more sense.
I can still see all your old comments through in an archive, so I didn't lose all your feedback!

Well that's good at least. I'm glad it wasn't something the site did to make things annoying ... Sometimes stuff is hard to find or do with a screen reader, so I thought it was something like that at first. I saw that you replied to my last postings via the comments before the forums got activated, but never got the chance to read it. What did you type there?

Oh my last comment was

"Oh that actually explain exactly what it is then!

Thank you for that, I see the issue. Silly mistake on my part. I just appreciate all the wonderful feedback I've been getting! "

Was able to figure out why your first mon was getting over written based on what you described so things were good there.

Oh, glad you were able to figure some stuff out then. And I'm happy to help out with this.

Topaz heart:

I got a code error during my first fight in the first mission with this one. Since I'm not a super fan of fighting as defensively as this Tierramon is, I won't be trying it again.

Silver heart:

Not really a fan of fighting with this one so far. It's weird and different than the others.

I was able to capture a Tierramon (the topaz bod) on my first fight in the first mission but then on the third fight in the first mission it gave me another error when I was fighting.

My favorite Tierramon:

For the starters, I like the Obsidian heart the most followed by the Crystal heart. The Topaz one is good if you want a Tierramon that won't die and the bully move is great, just not a fan of defensive fighting myself is all. The Silver heart ... well, fighting with it was annoying (it took so much longer than the others). I like the idea of it, but fighting with it isn't really my thing. I do think capturing Tierramon and using a Silver heart to widdle down their hp is a good idea though.

Obsidian heart didn't have a one-hit kill offensive move (slightly disappointing,) but did have that health draining move (life drain I think it was called) which makes up for that. Due to how Obsidian heart fights, it makes capturing Tierramons very easy (mostly that is) and it makes for fun gameplay.

Crystal heart used to be my favorite, but not anymore. I do still like the mechanics, and using the magic and offensive moves is great, but having less defense makes it hard to keep it alive longer.

I can't wait to see if you add potions or something to heal since that would make the crystal heart a lot easier to use. Also, I'm curious to see what the items to equip to your Tierramons will do since they've been mentioned.

IIf I could save the game right now, I would start with the Obsidian heart and probably catch as many Tierramons as I can pretty easily due to its fighting style.

I did just think of something else you could add that might make things easier and more fun. During Tierramon fights, you could make the option to switch out your Tierramon for another one without having to have the first one die first. Like I mentioned in my last post with adding say the y key for telling what individual moves do, you could add say the w key to switch your Tierramon that's fighting with another that isn't (obsidian heart gets switched with silver heart for example). That would make capturing easier too. If you did that, you could have the experience split between the two Tierramon if you defeat the one you're fighting as well, which would make leveling easier too. It would also make more strategy options available too.

Thanks for the newest update. I'll be checking that out tonight and giving feedback as well.

 Crystal heart:

Got two errors when playing this one. The first one was with the second Tierramon I fought during the first mission and the second one was during the first fight. I was trying to capture Tierramons at the time of both errors, so maybe that makes a difference. I was fine when I would fight and defeat Tierramons and then when I tried capturing one and prolonging the fight it gave me the error.

Obsidian heart:

No errors so far with this one. I managed to keep my starter (kept the crystal one too) and finished to the end of the demo. I caught 4 Tierramons and was able to switch them out fine. I had a little trouble capturing a few of the Tierramons but nothing really bad; just learned how the moves worked and strategized to capture the ones I wanted. No serious issues here.

I did have a problem with the map though. When selecting to go back to camp or go to the beginning of the area, it just says 40 and does nothing. In fact, I had some weird stuff happen when I tried it a few times. I think it teleported me back to camp and healed one Tierramon and then left the rest alone. I'm guessing it's not supposed to do that and is supposed to take you back to camp and heal you when you press 2 in the map menu.

Were you planning to add potions or something like them like how pokemon has those to heal your Tierramons? I keep having mine dying and was thinking that potions or something (or maybe mechanical parts or repair parts or something since we're talking about stone here) would be good for healing up and not dying so much. If the map worked correctly and took you back to camp, I'd say that would also work, but something to heal in the field is also a good idea.

One other thing I keep running into that's a bit of a problem is that I forget what moves do. If you put in a menu system with a save function aand showing items and other info, you could just put that in the portion for each Tierramon like they do with pokemon and having stats, then moves, etc. Otherwise, if you don't do that, I would suggest having another key function added during battles where you could press say y (since that isn't being used in the demos yet) and then it would explain what each move does (not the types of moves such as attack, defense, magic, special, but what they do with each Tierramon instead, such as Bloodthirsty, which forget what it does for example).

I'll post again after I start the other two starters to let you know about how it goes.

Great feedback and good catch on those bugs! Thank you so much!
