Interesting idea! I included it in my Godot Community Jam compilation video series, if you’d like to take a look. :)

I liked that, from what I remember you posted your progress on path finding feature, I see it works nice now, great job! I would love to see some targets added, like a shelters or something our character is going to.
The look and feel is pretty nice, with simple but good looking visuals and a nice ambient music. Like most I had a hard time understanding the mechanics initially, so didn't enjoy my first run so much - then I read comments and saw explanations for the heat transfer mechanics, and it became more strategic and fun (and easier to survive a bit longer :)). So an instructions screen would definitely go a long way to make things clearer.
BTW, answering "Yes" to "Is this your first Godot project" is a bit cheating when you're written a whole tutorial series about Godot :P
Hahahhaa, well in truth this is my first finished project, that tutorial was never officially finished, still waiting on some Godot features that will probably be in v3.1 to actually finish what I started back in v2.1 :P, but you'll be glad to know, I plan on making this godot jam game into a tutorial or at least devlog in itself, right here on the project page, Diego will help me with the music and we'll make it look nice and feel nice and actually have good nice easy to understand codebase :D
Engaging, discovering the mechanics is part of the fun. Simplicity and relax, nice mix.
Congrats on your first Godot project! \o/
It was not 100% clear to me what was going on when I jumped on someone or when someone jumped on me, but I really like the idea of the patterns, this could become an interesting core mechanic for a game!
