I've replayed The game countless times trying to pet Asterion's Head on chapter 12, but I still can't get that scene, even following The walkthrough that's on The Wiki and choosing the "I'll never hurt you" dialog option that apparently leads to It. I need help :(

Anyone's free to correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think there's a scene where you pet him in Ch 12? You do both hug twice before the concert if you're close enough, but no more than that. There are opportunities in chapter 7 and later chapters to pet him/scratch behind his ears if you're pursuing a closer relationship.

The only scene that's as close to me petting him is a scene where the MC caressed his cheek while Asterion layed his Head on the MC's lap. Would that be it? 'Cause If It is, I've replayed the game a shit ton of times for nothing 🥲

When he is halfway healed, he says you can choose his fur color. Ask him what color he wants. There will be an "I won't hurt you" choice and petting his face.
