Public should be receiving episode 4 with the release of v0.19, which looks to be like it'll be ready around the end of September roughly. Episode 5 will take a little longer for the public, since it'll be released for Patreon supporters as part of v0.20, at the same time v0.19 hits the public.
(Patreon supporter versions of the game will always be 1 update ahead of the most recent public version released, just for reference. ^^ )
