(Oki-so here's the idea-

in this world, everyone has a marking that determines their status when they turn 13. Two people in this world get a royalty marking every century-a boy and a girl. The two spend 5 years training and living at the castle, then are married at 18 and made to rule as king and queen. It has been 10 years and the prince still hasn't found his princess.)
