well yes i still didn't add any payouts but still it says "You have 20 payments available for approximately $12.30." it was "You have 20 payments available for approximately $17.43." before i applied for the tax interview so it basically took off another 30%

The amount shown before you create a payout is an estimate. In the time before you completed the interview, it assumes 0% withholding rate. The rate can not be applied multiple times based on how the system is designed.

You can see the entire breakdown of the payout after you create the payout.

So if i created a payout i will take the  17.43 not the 12.30?

No, you will get either exactly the amount displayed or something similar. I’m just confirming to you that there are no issues with our system. If you create a payout you can see an entire breakdown of the earnings, including any taxes and fees applied.

But still why did my fees got doubled?

As I’ve said three times now, you will need to create a payout request to see a full breakdown of revenue, including any fees. Fees do not double out of nowhere, and the way we handle revenue is very specific and well documented, so it’s likely you have a misunderstanding about how it works. I recommend reviewing our guide on getting paid: https://itch.io/docs/creators/payments

I am unable to offer you anymore information at this point unless you have a Payout ID you want me to look at.

Thanks
