I edited the walkthrough to make the hunter skills locations more convenient.
Indeed, the way you listed them was not convenient because you didn't order them by location so I was doing a lot of backtracking from a location to another to follow your list until I realized I would be more efficient if I was hunting the skills by location instead so I re-organized your list by location and I also edited some locations to make them clearer and added some because I knew of more convenient locations to go for the skills . :-)
