I also love great bad endings! When I read a novel that makes me cry, it just shows how good it is! That's what I strive to make! *getting pumped

As for the exercise, I started with walking for 30 minutes and I slipped in some wall-push ups. Because my stamina is so poor :')) later, I started to switch between walking and jogging + some wall-push ups. When you're out of breath and your chest feels hot, that means it's working! It's a good tiredness!
