Bug report for V1.1b1 goes here
I guess this is considered a bug? Every time I download the v1.1b1 zip file, I get the "Windows cannot open this folder." because it's invalid.
My antivirus is disabled and I'm on windows 10, if that helps. v1.0 has been working just fine.
I have just downloaded and unzipped it fine.
This is happening in Gemini Man's stage in Mega Man 3:

The top of the ground follows Mega Man around. I checked the rom in a different emulator and it didn't have that problem.
This is an emulation bug so i will let it that way for the moment :)

When you use the hot key for advance frames (Ctrl+Up), the game still registers up. When I'm trying to climb down a ladder, I have to click the "advance frame" button or else I'll go back up the ladder.
