I'd say ask in the FNF community, but this isn't an issue with FNF either. Please check the Chrome OS documentation, a Linux subsystem should be built-in nowadays, that can be enabled in the settings. Even then however you need a Linux build for your CPU, which in a Chromebook can be either x86 or ARM. Hope this helps!
