how about stop telling me to act like an adult if you're just gonna chalk me up as a child. Or don't treat me like an adult when I'm just a child. I switch between one and the other every now and then.
Literally my mother will say "A child needs to stay in a child's place." But give me HUGE tasks or just say "Start being more responsible,you're getting older"
