They have all their files hosted directly on our servers. What do you mean by they’re “broken.” Are you unable to even start the download or does the error happen somewhere else? Please be very specific so we can identify where the issue is.
If you have a third party extensions or security software on your computer then I recommend temporarily disabling them to see if it resolves the issue. Often other software on you computer or browser can interfere with how websites operate, causing them to appear to be broken.
