Problems Running Strive For Power A Second Time

I'm running Win7.  I downloaded the Win64 version, expanded the zip file to a non-"program files" directory, created a shortcut. Ran the program for some time.  Had an exception error.  Rebooted the machine and now "Strive For Power" won't run.  The two windows open up, the first one has three lines about a path, a fourth line about detected monitors and the second window remains blank.

I've tried deleting the Strive For Power directory and re-expanding from the zip file.  I've tried running it directly with the exe file.  It simply won't run and no errors point the way.

Any help?

Try to clear your appdata files after backing up saves. You can find those at C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\strive2

Could also try 'run as administrator' or checking your GPU drivers.

Thank you for your reply.  I had already tried "run as admin" with no luck.  I tried clearing out the user data and then tried just deleting the user folder for strive2, no luck in either case.  It worked fine yesterday before the exception halt so I can't see that it's GPU drivers.   I went through the registry and removed anything with 'strive' in it.  I didn't find any registry entries with 'godot' in them.  Still no luck.  I tried unzipping it into a different directory.  I tried the 32 bit version.  I haven't tried a reboot.  Every time I do it takes a bit to get various windows setup how I want them.

So I'm stumped and I did like what I had seen (even if I haven't figured out how to start making money in the game).

Edit:  Oh, I can run the version on Newgrounds.

Edit-Edit: Oops, I tried another game which I had been able to run and had a similar experience. So after a reboot both are working fine. Sorry for the trouble.
