I think you really nailed the characters and the relationship dynamics. The writing?! The story building?!!! In all honesty, at many points I couldn´t help but think to myself "Wow, this could very well be canon writing". Yes, even the sans romance didn´t feel out of place, or forced in any way.
I was so amazed to see that most of the VN was made by one person. The dedication and love you have put in it is so clear and so palpable!
